Before shipping
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is shipped. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or the Contact page with your order number.
After shipping
Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the parcel at delivery, but the delivery charge may apply. You can also follow our Happy Return policy.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your area. If you have already paid, you will get a full refund within 5–7 working days.
